Why Not Have a Blog?

I keep wondering when blogs will go out of style. The crazy times, when everyone seemed to want one and every business was bending over backwards to provide a platform (remember blogspot?)--those times are over. Now it's the quiet times, where those who really want a blog can still have one, without all the hype.

And why not have a blog? I suppose you could call it something else, but "blog" just works. The power of web property ownership is having the ability to say what you want, without anyone telling you, "No!" At least, in free societies that exist at the time of writing. A blog helps you realize a large part of the value of having a website.

Notfox provides very little in the way of value, and so a blog just makes sense. That, and I'd love a place to drop some thoughts about all the crazy headlines that float by.

And so, whether you like it or not, we now have a blog.
